As it has always been, the safety and security of our Guests and team members remain our highest priority. Today more than ever, these enduring values guide us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Today, our thoughts go out to the individuals, the local communities, the health workers and governments who are on the front line working to contain the virus. We are taking part in the great, enormous collective effort to get back, step by step, what the emergency has required: the right to stay with the others, together in complete safety. By the way for us, this commitment means: to remain through our hotels, an open door to the world for You.

For us, this commitment means one thing: to continue to be, through our hotels, a true home open to the world for you.

Please know that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation carefully, 24 hours a day, and take all the necessary measures to ensure a healthy stay at any of our hotels, with our distinguished transparency and professionalism. We are aware that travelling is not a priority at the moment, but we have to look forward and we decided to maintain our hotels completely accessible.

Below is an update on what we are doing keeping your safety always in mind.

EXISTING RESERVATIONS: We are updating our policy to provide our Customers the most flexibility during these challenging times. Generally speaking, for Guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates, that are typically more restrictive, we will allow changes without a charge as long as the change is made by April 30. We invite you to contact our reservations departments in order to get assistance.
YOUR TRAVEL SAFETY: Our hotels teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols. In all Duetorrihotels Group facilities, effective disinfection of surfaces and furnishings is carried out using appropriate tools and products. In addition, starting from next week and until the complete cessation of the Covid-19 emergency, a specialized company will provide complete and preventive environmental disinfection of all public areas of our hotels.
FOR OUR DUETORRIHOTELS LUXURY CLUB MEMBERS: We have updated the Duetorrihotels Luxury Club loyalty program dedicated to our Guests, extending the validity of your loyalty points until August 31st, 2020, no longer March 31st.
